That is seen clearly in “Russell duplicitous statements “I am a free and accepted Mason.” then moments later saying “I have never been a Mason.” As Jehovah’s Witness apologists have tried to say that Russell’s contradictory statement were only in reference to “Bible Masonry”. Russell was drawing parallels in externalizing Masonic “Bible masonry” dogma, instead of refuting Masonic Secret Society cultism. For the seductive leavened purpose of inviting non-initiates to see the parallels of Masonry to the Bible. In hopes of drawing more men into asking how to become a Mason. Jehovah’s Witnesses are told they must knock on doors and win converts as part of their salvation. Getting them to be honest instead of religious is the hard part. especially when the Watch-tower feeds the religiosity.
